Questions about forwarding bookings
Where do I forward my confirmations?
To plans@tripfumi.com, from any email address on your TripFumi account. You can add several, like your work and personal email, in Settings.
Can I forward from my work email?
Yes. Add your work email under Settings → Email Addresses, and confirmations you forward from it land in your trips too.
What kinds of bookings can I forward?
Flights, hotels, car rentals, trains and restaurant reservations. If you have a paper ticket or a PDF, upload a photo or the file in TripFumi instead.
Does TripFumi read my inbox?
Today, TripFumi only sees the emails you forward to plans@tripfumi.com. Coming soon: connect Gmail, and TripFumi will read only the emails Gmail labels as Travel, nothing else.
Booked in TripFumi? It’s already in your trip.
Flights and hotels you book in the app are added to the right trip automatically, so there’s nothing to forward.
What happens to the confirmations I send?
TripFumi processes your confirmations and attachments to organize your travel details. We use service providers, including AI providers, to help provide these features. We don’t sell your personal information or use your content to train third-party foundation models. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Do I need a separate app for each airline or hotel?
No. Forward everything to one address and TripFumi keeps it together, whoever you booked with.
